Happy 2010!

January will be a very exciting month!

 

Skating

We will be skating on Tuesdays and Fridays at the arena from 11 am to 12 pm. Any help with skating or the tieing of skates would be greatly appreciated!

 

 

Curriculum

In Grade Two, we are always reading. Many students are close to reading 100 books this year already. We also love to write! In Mathematics we have been working on collecting data and reading data on charts and graphs this month. We also enjoy working with partners to solve addition and subtraction word problems. In Science we are exploring boats and buoyancy. We will be having our Boat Rally on February 12th.

Our next assembly will be on Thursday, January 28th at 10:50. Our theme for the day is Pajama and Wacky Hair.
